1. What is It
150oz Deep Resin is a low-viscosity resin with a viscosity of 1000 CPS. The mixing ratio is 2:1, and the working time is relatively long, typically around 80 minutes. The cured hardness is 83D, providing strong support, corrosion resistance, and durability.
-
2. How to Use
The resin has strong flowability, making it easy to pour into narrow spaces or molds, and it does not create bubbles during curing. It is suitable for casting molds with depth, such as river tables, squares, rectangles, etc. Liquid or powder pigments can be used for coloring to achieve a variety of colorful effects.

3. Operation Cautions
The resin has a long curing time. Depending on the thickness and temperature, complete curing takes approximately 48 to 72 hours. Casting resin is highly regarded for its transparency. The resin is suitable for thicknesses of approximately 2 to 4 inches, with the quantity of no more than 5 kg, and primarily influenced by temperature, with the operating room temperature controlled between 18 to 20 ℃.
How to make
Step 1
The deep resin should be mixed in a 2:1 ratio thoroughly until there are no transparent silky swirls. The room temperature should be maintained at around 18 to 20 ℃. If the indoor temperature is too high, it may cause flash cure, which can be prevented by adjusting the room temperature with air conditioning. The resin is suitable for thicknesses of around 2 to 4 inches, and the amount of resin should not exceed 5 kg, as exceeding this amount may also cause flash cure.
Step 2
The amount of resin used is about 7.5 ounces, with 2 drops of each pigment mixed evenly. It is recommended to complete the operation within 1 hour.
Step 3
Using UV resin to fix the iron wire inside the mug, resembling the roots of a water lily. The small fish are fixed with acrylic sheets, also attached inside the mug. The transparent acrylic will make the small fish appear as if they are suspended.
Step 4
Pour in completely dry sand, stones and water plants. If you use sand, stones, or water plants that contain moisture, the resin will not solidify. Pour in resin.
Step 5
Fix handmade paper water lilies and swan figurines onto the resin. It's best to arrange the leaves in a staggered manner for a more natural look.
And there you have it, the formation of Swan Lake is complete!
