RETURNS:
We really hope you like your purchase from LET'S RESIN. And we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items in new condition.
Return Instructions:

To ensure that your refund rights can be processed efficiently, please provide proof of return delivery within 30 days after the items are signed for.

To safeguard the fair rights of all consumers, we kindly ask you to return the product in its original condition (unopened/unused). As you know, even the slightest trace of use may affect the secondary quality inspection results - please help us seal the package and ensure that all accessories are complete and intact.

To expedite your refund, please notify us of your return request before sending the item back. We have noticed that some packages may arrive at the warehouse without being registered in the system. In such cases, it will take an additional 7 business days for manual matching. It is recommended that you contact us in time to register after sending the package to avoid possible inconvenience.
Situations where the buyer is responsible for the costs:
- If we send the wrong product or the product has quality problems, we are happy to help you return or exchange the item. At the same time, we will proactively provide you with a free return label and cover all return shipping costs. It should be noted that in the case of returns not due to quality issues (for example, returns due to subjective reasons/mispurchases by customers, etc.), the return shipping costs will be classified as the responsibility of the customer. These customer return cases may include:
● Buyers' accidental returns. (Buyers Remorse/No Reason/No Longer Want)
● Return the wrong item purchased.
● Returning items claimed to have defects but were found by Let's Resin quality control to be in working condition.
● Returning items for international shipping.
- If you choose to refuse to accept the package upon delivery, we fully understand that there may be special circumstances. To ensure that all consumers can continue to enjoy preferential logistics services, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the return in this case. Please rest assured that we will initiate the refund process within 3 working days after receiving the logistics confirmation information, and will refund the full amount of the product (minus the shipping cost) after review.
- If you wish to cancel an order in transit, since we need to coordinate with the carrier to intercept the package urgently, a $25 interception service fee will be charged (the actual cost will be calculated from the lowest). To protect your rights to the greatest extent possible, our team will prioritize the refund of the remaining amount after the logistics company confirms that the order has been successfully intercepted. Warm reminder: It is recommended that you check the product information again on the checkout page before placing an order next time to avoid additional costs.
- We fully understand the need to change the delivery address. Since the logistics route of the package in transit needs to be reconfigured, changing the address will incur a $10 service fee (covering system entry and manual coordination costs). After the change is successful, the original order delivery time may be postponed by 1-2 working days.
Steps to Return Your Item:
Step 1: Provide the following information via email at help@letsresin.com:
● Order number
● Item(s) to be returned
● Reason for the return
● Pictures of products received
Step 2: We will send you the return address after confirmation.
Step 3: Please pack the item(s) in the original LET'S RESIN packaging in the parcel. Or repackage your item(s) but if you no longer have the packaging, please make sure that it is wrapped and packaged as securely as possible.
Step 4: Please send the items you wish to return within 5 days to the address we sent you.
Step 5: Upon receipt of the return and confirmation of its original condition, we will process your refund.
Step 6: You will be notified by email when we receive your return and also after the refund has been processed.
Please note that the actual time for the refund to be shown in your account of the same credit card used for placing the order will be depending on your card issuing bank. Please contact your bank directly for further details.
REFUNDS:
- Where is my refund?
In most cases, your refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- When will I receive my Refund?
Upon receipt of the return and confirmation of its original condition, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Please expect up to 7 days for the refund to hit your bank account.
Like always, we stand on the side of overcommunicating when it comes to the important things so we will send you an email once your return package is in transit and your refund is on the way to your bank account. If you haven't received an email from us within 10 days please contact us.
- I haven’t received my refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your statement again, these incoming payments can be overlooked.
If you cannot see the transaction, please contact your card issuer company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@letsresin.com.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us immediately and we check the status of the package. Then we can cancel your order and process your refund within a business day before the package is shipped.
But we cannot cancel the order once the package is in transit. In this case, please reject the package and we will refund you once we check that the package is in the return state.
ONLINE PRICE GUARANTEE:
If you find a current lower price within 7 days of your Letsresin.com purchase, please contact help@letsresin.com and we will adjust your payment to the lower price. (The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number.)
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
As it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order, it is also our responsibility to ship to the address provided to us. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address when placing your order.
When you realize that you have written the wrong address, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to help you solve the problem. But even if you notify us about the incorrect address before your order has been fulfilled, please understand it is difficult to guarantee we will be able to modify your order in time.
Unfortunately, if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake on your end, it would be difficult to offer you a refund or replacement. If you have access to the location or are able to contact the current resident, we suggest reaching out to them in regards to your package. You can also try submitting a missing mail request to tracking company and see if you can have it returned to you.
